James HUMBERSON to Charles ROBINSON

"This is to certify that I James HUMBERSON of the one part and Charles
ROBINSON on the other part that I do hereby agree and sell all my right,
title and interest of a piece land and seller situated in Bryant's Cove, 97
yards east and west and 50 yards north and south to the said Charles
ROBINSON for the sum of four pounds currency bound by William ANSTIS (? this
name was hard to decipher) east and south by William HEARN to the west and
to the north by Brack.  Given under my hand in Bryant's Cove, November
13th."

were present when the money was paid
